I have worked in the health and wellness space for over 15 years. What started as my own healing journey, very quickly became a love for all things health, wholefoods, cooking and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
I have spent years studying, and have been blessed to have had incredible teachers and mentors, such as Don Tolman and David Wolfe.
I believe that prevention is always better than cure. By educating women and taking away all the misinformation and confusion, help women to mentoring, from many of the worlds leading experts, I absolutely love helping other women to become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.
Using a holistic and natural approach, alongside cutting edge expert-led knowledge, I now coach women all over the world to live a healthy and empowered life.
